1:1 Consultations (virtual)

Jessie offers 1:1 nutrition consultations that provide tailored evidenced-based nutrition solutions. Her goal is to help each client sustain their speed for life, health and performance (sport or cognitive). Jessie achieves this by working collaboratively with each client to truly understand them, and their lifestyle so she can provide the most practical and individualised nutritional recommendations she can.

Single initial consultation and follow-up pricing:

  • Initial consultation (60-minutes): $199

  • Follow up (30-minutes): $95

  • Follow up extended (45-minutes): $119

What to expect:

Initial consultation (60 minutes): For all new clients. Jessie will get to know you and gain background information about your medical history, dietary history, weekly schedule and goals to understand what strategies are going to help you sustain your speed. The session will finish with specific initial goals/ recommendations to implement then and there! We will plan your SS journey going forward and discuss the best structure for follow-ups to suit your situation. Jessie will email you a personalised summary of this, the Sustain Speed Foundation booklet and additional relevant resources.

Follow-up (30 minutes): Follow-up appointments are important to review progress, adapt strategies and add on the next layer to sustain your speed! Here we can see what is working well, what is not and the best way forward for you.

Follow-up (extended, 45 minutes): If you would like a longer review or if it has been an extended time since your last appointment and you’ve had significant changes (e.g. medical, lifestyle, sporting goal) in your life that may impact your nutrition.

Please note all virtual consults are conducted using Google Meet. If you would prefer to meet in person, please send Jessie a message using the contact tab and she will accommodate this the best she can.

Jessie is an accomplished public speaker and has run many successful recipe demonstrations/ live cooking sessions, nutrition presentations and workshops. 

Workplace: Jessie has a past life as an accountant and understands the importance of nutrition in high performing workplaces. Her sessions are customised to the workplace, offer practical advice and real life examples and provide easy to implement strategies to optimise physical and cognitive performance in a workplace and/or corporate environment.
