  • Jessie offers 1:1 virtual (or in person on request) nutrition consultations that provide tailored nutrition solutions and aimed at helping each client sustain their speed for life, health and performance (sport or cognitive). All clients will receive the Sustain Speed Foundation booklet, a personalised summary/recommendations and relevant additional resources/ recipe booklets.
